The Original McKenzie® Neck Roll

The Original McKenzie® Neck Roll. Provides necessary support to the cervical structure & maintains the natural curve of the cervical spine.

If you suffer from neck pain when lying down, or if your neck is worse when you wake up, you should use The Original McKenzie® Neck Roll while sleeping or resting. Easy to use and with a removable washable cover, the neck roll provides essential medium to firm support for those with neck pain, allowing you to sleep well and wake refreshed. Place in your pillowcase, on top of the pillow and along its lower edge.

    I found this Cervical Roll to be helpful when used in conjunction with ongoing exercises from the McKenzie method of treating the back as demonstrated in the book. I am giving three stars in my rating, not because the product fails in any way, but to emphasize that the roll is not to be seen as a cure-all of itself, and it would be misguided to presume that, but it does offer assistance toward the overall program of restoring an improved position of the back during sleep.

    Absolutely love this pillow. I’m a side sleeper and I had a stiff neck forever. Tried physical therapy and it helped some but my neck still ached. I have been using this pillow for over a year and my neck ache was gone within the first month. I havent had any neck problems since and I sleep so much better. It travels easy too. It fits inside the standard carry on luggage. I won’t sleep without it.

    Bought it along with Treat Your Own Neck. Took a little while to get used to, but I like how I feel in the morning. You can put it in any pillowcase, so it’s really nice for travelling.

    I have spent a lot of money over the years trying out different pillows & most of them caused more neck pain – even though they were apparently the best for that very reason. The McKenzie neck roll was all I ever needed, I have slept so well. Took 3 nights before I felt

    Very disappointed. I have chronic neck problems. After coming across this neck roll quite some time ago, finally bit the bullet and purchased as the roll was described as “medium to firm”. Very soft/squishy, does not much for me. I’m better off with a rolled towel.

    I think it’s a bit small. I don’t understand how a persons cervical vertebrae can be supported by such a small pillow. Maybe an 8 year old, but not an adult
