The exercises are great but hard to get into a habit of doing Knowledge is power and I have surely learned a lot. The exercises are great but hard to get into a habit of doing. My chiropractor was familiar with Robin and okayed all the exercises in his book.

A very simple and sensible approach to managing lower back pain & sciatica. Not a cure, but very effective pain control.

If you’re having back problems, this is the ticket My physical therapist gave me a copy of this book. My back is the best it’s been in 20 years because of it. I have a bulging disc between L5 and L6 and this method worked fantastic. I gave my copy to a friend that was having back problems and it worked for him as well. I ordered another copy to have on hand in case symptoms come back

Would have saved me much pain if I’d read it a long time ago! Good information but things most chronic back pain sufferers have already figured out. If you are fairly new to this situation by all means get this book, read it and save yourself the suffering of experimenting until you hit on the right combo!

We always tend to make things harder than they are, so consequetialy we make the solution harder than it needs to be or worse no solution at all. Easy read a bit repetitive but i would guess the whole program is.

Simple and easy and i have to say as a person who has herniated 2 discs that it was the only thing i ended up doing that helped.

Plus the advice in the book goes farther than back pain it talks about good practices that we should remember to do in other areas of our life.

    Read it.

Excellent in how to deal with pain in the lower back. As a physical therapist I highly recommend this book with information that is quite useful and simple to understand.

I found myself in the ER unable to walk and was diagnosed with a disc problem. Never happened before. Terrible pain. “It should subside over the next two weeks, go home and rest”.

A friend sent me this book with a personal recommendation. I followed the directions and within a day I was just about back to normal. Amazing results.

After trying physical therapy, epidurals, and other treatments to help me deal with my 3 herniated discs, I was running out of options. Saw this book as a last resort, and it changed my life. Educated me on how to strengthen my core & surrounding area, posture habits, and exercises to treat and prevent back pain. I’d recommend this to anyone dealing with chronic back pain. Good luck!

This book literally saved my life. I used to suffer from disc problems, but not anymore. Following the extremely simple exercises will put your disc(s) back into place every time after only a few days. I’ve purchased several copies of this book to loan out — this is the book chiropractors and doctors who perform back surgeries don’t want you to read…it will put them out of business!

A must read for back sufferers!!!! Don’t just accept pain killers and rest! This book was first recommended to me by my physical therapist. A fast easy read that really helped me to understand the root of my back problems, how to give myself real relief (without drugs), and also how to prevent future issues. I found this to be much more informative and effective than the advice I had received from a number of doctors, chiropractors and specialists I had seen for lower back spasms and sciatica. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK to anyone suffering with back problems and over the years have given copies to people I’ve met along the way.

Perfect book – learn how to relieve muscle back pain. This book has helped me recover from my back pain more than any other resource I have used. This includes medical doctors, chiropractors, physical therapist and others. Simple little book that explains and teaches you good practice before, during and after the back pain. Simply perfect book to learn how to relieve muscle back pain and strain.

This has been a great resource for me in working to heal a herniated disc in my back. I was in an incredible amount of pain when I bought this, and had been for about 10 weeks! I read it in one day, and tried the stretches and exercises that they recommended. They worked wonders. My physical therapist (who I started seeing to build strength in my back) said he would have offered me the exact same stretches and exercises for healing the injury.

I read this because I had a back emergency. I started reading this book just before midnight because I needed answers and applied the info as I read. By 2am I was able to get up off the floor and climb into bed. I repeated the exercises the next day and had an 80% reduction in pain and regained as much movement. I’m still on a journey of learning the root cause and long term rehabilitation. But the information here got me functional again

    Very practical and helpful

    Fast, efficient service, thanks.

Very useful book. I like the way it explains what it can help with and more importantly what it can’t.
