    I have suffered neck pain for many years and did some of the exercises in book as they were shown to me by my physio many years ago. Bought this as a refresher and for other exercises. After just a few goes i can sit without pain. Fingers crossed as I do more the pain will get less and less.

    Succinct but solid advice. The book is brief but the guidance is good. Basic tips on posture, and simple neck exercises to alleviate tightness.

By following the exercise programme I am now pain free most of the time and when I slip back to an incorrect posture and the pain returns, be it less severe than it was originally, it takes no time at all to clear by following the exercise programme. Highly recommend it.

    I found this book very useful. Exercises are definitely useful and they make you aware of a proper neck posture. Everything is described in detail and everything is clear: which exercises to do, in what order, what to expect etc. I recommend it.
